Delete Your Account

You can delete your Entrava account at any time. There are two ways.

1. In the app (fastest)

Open Entrava → Profile → scroll to the bottom → Delete Account → type DELETE to confirm. Your account is removed immediately.

2. By request

Email entrava.app@gmail.com from the email on your account, or WhatsApp +91 87792 27628, with the phone number you use to sign in. We complete the deletion within 7 working days and confirm when it is done.

What is deleted

Your name, phone number, email address, photo, date of birth and gender
Your friends and friend requests
Your login — you will not be able to sign in again

What is kept, and why

Your past booking records are retained with your personal details removed from them. They are financial and tax records tied to payments already made, and the venues you booked with need them for their guest lists. They can no longer be linked back to you.

If you own a venue account, your venue listing and its events are deactivated and stop accepting new bookings. Tickets guests already bought stay valid.

This retention is required for legal and financial record-keeping under Indian law. Everything else is erased.
