Delivery Policy

Entrava sells a digital product. Nothing is physically shipped.
What you receive
When your booking is confirmed, a QR entry pass is generated immediately inside the Entrava app under “My Bookings”. That QR code is your ticket — the venue scans it at the door.
When you receive it
Instantly. For online payments the pass appears as soon as payment is confirmed. For cash-at-door bookings the pass appears as soon as the 3% platform fee is paid online; the venue price is then collected in cash at the door.
Delivery charges
None. There are no shipping or delivery charges, because there is no physical delivery.
Not received your pass?
If payment succeeded but no QR appeared, contact entrava.app@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 87792 27628 with your payment reference and we will resolve it.
