1. Acceptance of terms
By using Entrava you agree to these terms. Entrava is a platform connecting you with nightlife venues. We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for the conduct of events themselves.
2. Booking and payments
All bookings are final. The 3% platform fee is non-refundable. You must be 18 or over to book. Venues reserve the right to refuse entry under their own house rules, including dress code and capacity.
3. Consumer rights
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 2019 you are entitled to clear pricing. All fees are disclosed up front. If an event is cancelled you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. See Cancellation & Refunds.
4. User conduct
You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the platform. Fraudulent bookings or harassment of venue staff may lead to account suspension.
5. Content standards and moderation
Venues and promoters publish their own event names, descriptions and photographs. That content must be accurate and lawful, and must not be offensive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or promote excessive or irresponsible drinking, drink-until-you-drop offers, drunkenness, or drinking by anyone under 18.
You can report any event or venue from the event page in the app. We review every report within 24 hours and remove content that breaks these standards. We may suspend or permanently remove venues that repeatedly break them. You can also block a venue at any time to stop seeing its content entirely.

6. Age restriction
Entrava is strictly for users aged 18 and over. You must provide your date of birth when creating an account, and accounts registered to anyone under 18 will be removed. Venues independently enforce their own age and admission policies at the door.
7. Responsible enjoyment
Entrava does not sell alcohol. Where venues serve alcohol, service is at their discretion and subject to local law. Please drink responsibly and never drink and drive.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
